Responsibilities:
build-up Search Strategies in different industries, positions and locations;
generate a list of target companies by cold and database research;
contact sources and assess key players within target industries;
compile a Long List of candidates;
make initial direct approach to candidates;
drafting research documents and research reports;
develop and maintain a wide network of high level contacts;
database maintenance, data entry.
Требования к сотруднику:
fluent English;
higher education (or last-year students);
ability and willingness to work in team and build efficient relationships;
ability to meet deadlines, to work under pressure and in force majeure.
ability to switch from one activity to another;
telephone skills, advanced computer skills.
